We love when our employees give back! In fact, we’ll double your impact with a matching donation! The Alliant Credit Union Foundation matches employee donations up to $200 per year. The foundation also provides other volunteer opportunities for employees. Learn more.

Great health and financial benefits

The day you start working, you and your family will have access to a consumer-driven health plan (including dental and vision), a Health Savings Account (HSA), and a 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to the first 5% of your paycheck.

Tuition and graduate school reimbursement

We offer up to $5,000 a year for graduate school and $4,000 a year for undergraduate studies. You can also use this investment in professional certification programs to help further your career.

We’ll help you identify and grow your talents that will help you excel at Alliant and throughout your career. We’ll assign you a Strengths Performance Coach who can guide you to grow your talents and potential.
